AUDIT COMMITTEE

11.2 Audit Committee. This committee shall make an examination and verification of the records of the ARTA Treasurer and the ARTA Foundation Treasurer for the fiscal year and report to ARTA and the ARTA Foundation at their first regular meetings of the year.

Anne Hyzak chairs the Audit Committee. The committee meets with the ARTA treasurer and the ARTA Foundation treasurer separately, to check the records and verify that all is in order to report to the IRS. This is important to maintain our non-profit status.
